How far in advance should I book?
A week of notice is comfortable. Saturday mornings book up first, so two weeks ahead is safer if you want a weekend slot. Mid-week and earlier mornings often have same-week availability.
Where do you actually do the work?
Driveways, parking spaces, office lots, and apartment garages. We're fully self-contained: onboard water, onboard power, no spigot or outlet required. If your building has restrictions, let us know at booking and we'll check the rules with you.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. Plenty of customers leave the keys in a designated spot and check in afterwards. We can text photos when we wrap so you see the result before payment.
What hours do you work?
We work 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, with the last booking starting at 4 PM. A Gold detail booked late in the day will run past sunset, so we usually steer those to morning or early-afternoon slots.

Do you only do full details?
Yes. Every booking is a combined exterior & interior service. We don't offer exterior-only or interior-only packages so we can keep the standard consistent on every vehicle.
How long does a detail take?
Silver runs roughly 2.5 hours for a coupe up to about 4 hours for a truck. Gold adds about an hour on top for the shampoo, steam, and paint hydration steps.
What's the difference between Silver and Gold?
Silver is a full hand wash, deep vacuum, surface clean, and condition. Gold adds three things on top: hot-water shampoo of carpets and floor mats, full interior steam, and a paint hydration sealant on the exterior. If you're driving an older car or one that hasn't been detailed in a while, Gold is the package that brings it back.
What about pet hair, smoke, or an unusually dirty car?
These are quoted on intake as an add-on: pet fee, excessive-condition charge, or an odor treatment. We'll tell you the number before any work begins. Full pricing is on the services page.
Do you wash under the hood / engine bay?
We use a waterless system on the upper, accessible surfaces of the engine bay. We don't pressure-wash inside the bay itself, since that's safer for the electronics. A full engine-bay clean is available as an add-on.
Will you do paint correction or ceramic coating?
A light polish pass is part of Gold. Multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coating are part of the upcoming Platinum package, by appointment. If your car needs serious correction work and Platinum isn't live yet, we can recommend a shop.
Payment

How money gets handled, from the deposit to the final balance.
How do payments and deposits work?
A 50% deposit reserves the appointment and is non-refundable on cancellation. The balance is settled at completion. We accept Square (tap-to-pay), Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
Can I pay everything in cash?
Yes for the final balance. The deposit needs to go through Square, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App so the booking is tied to a record. Once the deposit is in, the balance can be cash at completion.
Do you tip?
Tips are appreciated, never expected. The quoted price already accounts for a fair rate.

What if it rains?
We monitor weather closely and will reach out to reschedule for weather without penalty. If you have a covered garage we can sometimes still finish on the original day.
It's 100°F outside. Does that change anything?
Shade helps a lot. If you can park in a garage or under tree cover for the appointment, the products work better and we finish faster. We bring umbrellas for the days nothing nearby provides shade.
What if my car is outside the 10-mile radius?
Ask anyway. We make it work often, particularly if there's something else booked nearby that day. There may be a small travel fee outside the radius.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Reach out through the contact page with the recipient's name and a package level and we'll send a certificate by email.
Are you insured?
Yes. Attention to: carries general liability insurance for the work performed. Happy to share a certificate on request for fleet, dealership, or commercial customers.
